When She's 64

So, yesterday was mom's birthday. The family, minus That Boy who had to work, gathered at a local Mexican restaurant to celebrate 64 glorious years of my mommy with margaritas. Here are some pictures.

First up is mom, this is what happens when you put a hat on her and sing to her. It's not recommended that you do this more than once a year.

This is Eva drinking. I like to take pictures of Eva drinking and I always title them Eva Drinks. She does other stuff, too, lots of it, but I mostly take pictures during the drinking.

These are my brothers Luke on the left and Darrin on the right. There are so many things I could say; I'm overwhelmed at all the possibilities.

This is Heather (Luke's girl) doing her Extra Fancy impersonation. You can sort of see baby Taryn next to her, but I didn't get any really great pictures of her last night. Heather does not like having her picture taken; this is the best I got.

This is Ms. Thang demonstrating that the money spent on her orthodontia was money well spent.

My favorite of mom's gifts. Gee, I can't imagine why.
