What I really mind about this shitty weather

When I have to go out in it and brave the roads. Like today, I had to go out 4 separate times. Taking Ms. Thang to work. Taking That Boy to work and doing some grocery shopping in the same trip (but at least I have cat food). Picking up Ms. Thang from work and also picking up a couple of things I still needed (love that she's working seasonally at Costco) and finally to pick That Boy up from work. Around here, the main roads that I travel on are basically OK; a little rutted and nasty in spots, but passable without too much worry, but getting in and out of my neighborhood? That's an adventure unto itself. I'd post pictures, but I'm so fucking sick of looking at fucking snow that I can't bring myself to take pictures of it. Unless the Mustang is still stuck in the snow across the street from my house in the morning. That might amuse me enough to get the camera.

In my part of Olympia, we had probably 12-14 inches between last Sunday and yesterday, and I don't give a shit where you're from, that's a lot of snow. Especially when they don't plow. And it's enough to bring down lots of tree branches. When I can get to it and pull them down, the burn pile is going to grow nicely with all the crap that landed on my fence.
