I did start the challenges today for 100 push-ups, 200 squats, and 200 sit-ups. I tested on Tuesday and did the first workout today. And I've been public about my aspiration to complete this challenge. I feel great mentally about taking on the challenge and how I did on today's workouts. Physically, as the day goes on, I feel the after effects of the exercise more and more. Because it's kind of chilly in the house, I'm afraid if I don't get up and move around more than I normally do, my legs will seize up and I'll be stuck in my chair and my children will laugh at me (it could happen). And right now I've noticed that I'm feeling the push-ups in my biceps. But it's all for a good cause (feeling like a rock star on BD #45 next month is a great cause), so I'm just trying to keep my muscles as warm and stretched out as I can while still sitting at my desk and typing for a living. It's a delicate balancing act.

I am so sore, I haven't gotten to Day 2 yet. I'm trying to psyche myself up for it today. Good job, Connie!
