Yep, I'm finished with 11 of the 12 socks in my 12-sock challenge. Although I failed somewhat miserably in my quest to not buy sock yarn before I was done with 6 pairs of socks (I bought the yarn for these during the challenge), I'm still plugging away on socks.
I did have to frog this sock shortly after the heel turn and start over as the large size was too baggy on my leg, but the medium size fits perfectly. I can't wait to finish out the pair so that I can wear them and so that I can start on my next socks.
In the past year, I've changed from the kind of knitter who "didn't get" why people knit socks to a complete sock maniac. Apparently, I am capable of change. Believe me, that idea is just as surprising to me as I'm sure it would be to most of my exes.

It is the Malabrigo. The light wasn't perfect for picture taking the morning, actually a bit too sunny (which is odd in Washington in December).
