Now the challenge is to maintain the certification via continuing education credits, which is where I failed the last time I was certified. I was busy during those 3 years having my marriage fall apart and various and sundry other issues, so CEs were the last things I was thinking about. This time, it's a whole new world.
This book is going to be my best friend for the next few years. Apparently I can get a buttload of CEs by doing the exercises.

Yay me!

Posted on your other blog, but here's the same CONGRATS here!
Go Connie! Go Connie!
Congrats Connie! That is great for you! :)
Congrats! And it's wonderful that the booklet can get you a stack of CEs. CE creds are usually just a pain in the butt for most fields!
That's great, Connie.
Check with your local First Responders unit and see if you can sit in on their trainings. I just did that with our town's and got 2 Clinical Medicine credits. Two lectures - one was on preserving evidence at an accident scene just in case it turns out to be a crime scene, and the other was on vehicle extrication (how to cut a car apart to get somebody out - Jaws of Life, etc.).
YAY! Clap Clap Clap
Yay for Connie - hey, now that you're certifiable, can I visit you more often
