Now all the pieces have to be wet blocked and pinned out to size so that they're ready to assemble. There are stitch holders in all 5 pieces that are done so far, and once they're assembled, I'll be picking up those stitches to knit the hood. But, while everything is drying after being blocked, which could take a couple of days, I have 10 more petals to knit for the smaller flowers (I already have the 10 petals knit for the larger flowers) and pockets and petals for the pockets. Those (the pockets) are a modification that I'm adding to the pattern; I got extra yarn, and I like having a place to put my hands, so I'm adding them in.
But for today, I'm basically done. My back hurts from bending over the chart, so I'm going to call it a day, and a day well spent at that.
Here's the whole back without petals. Where you see a vine end with 3 bobbles, that's where the petals go; the bobbles are the centers of the flowers.

Holy cow. You make it look so easy! Really you're just a knitting BA.
That is beautiful! I look forward to seeing it all put together. :)
