Happiness is new socks

All finished! Sock #8 came off the needles this morning, hit the blockers just long enough to have its picture taken, and now they're on my feet, keeping my toes all toasty.

It took 10 days for this pair, counting the hour or so it took to finish the toe this morning.

Next up, another pair of socks for sure, but I'm also going to cheat on my project monogamy for a while and knit a February Lady sweater that can be found here http://www.flintknits.com/blog/?p=151

It's a free pattern, and quite lovely. I'm looking forward to my Knit-A-Long with Shnoodle making this one. I'll start swatching tonight.
