After 3 nights away, I've recovered enough that I can knit comfortably again. The scarf is now just over 4 feet long; it's almost full grown.
And yet I still can't seem to figure out my next project. I'm thinking a sock though. I just queued a couple of new sock patterns on Ravelry, both from Knitty Spring+Summer 2013. Slipstream and and Dressy. I have plenty of yarn to choose from:

Is that your ENTIRE stash????
It was at the time that I took the picture, less some "what was I thinking" novelty and acrylic that went to Goodwill later that day.
