I managed to take a small chunk out of my left thumb a couple of days ago, and it's still just a little too uncomfortable to lever knit because of the way the stitches are fed off the left needle. I'll be back to it as soon as I can, promise. I tried tonight, and I managed to knit 1 row before I had to put it aside.
The funny thing is, if it were my right thumb, working would be more difficult, but lever knitting would be easy, since the right thumb mostly rests. But since it's the left thumb, I can work with no difficulty; I just can't work on my current practice.
Fuck a duck. At least it was a tasty apple (what I was cutting up when I injured myself).
